you'll participate in business projects, mentoring, leadership

June through August, with flexible dates available, based on school

Alliance Bank.The intern will be a team member of:The purpose of
the DBO & OneCall Operations L2 Support Team is to provide advanced
technical support, incident/case resolution, and operational
maintenance for supported Deposit & Payment business applications,
processes, and systems. This team acts as the escalation point for
issues that cannot be resolved by Level 1 (L1) support and ensures
the continuous availability and performance of business-critical
operations.What we are looking for: These L2 support teams are
responsible for:
- Handle incidents/cases escalated from L1 support (Branch,
Preferred Banking, ACH, Wires, BES, Settlement Services, etc.), via
CRM, email, and phone support requests.
- Perform in-depth analysis, release testing, system
administration, and troubleshooting.
- Provide process support for branch related issues and
questions.
- Implement temporary workarounds and permanent fixes for
recurring issues.
- Support business continuity by participating in disaster
recovery efforts.
- Participate in analysis and restoral of service during major
incidents.
- Escalations to Level 3 teams (Enterprise Capabilities, IT, and
vendors) for complex issues, defect resolution, and
enhancements.
- Documenting and sharing knowledge to improve incident
resolution times and overall team efficiency.Individuals who are

Specifically, we're looking for top-performers interested in
pursuing careers in Commercial Banking.You may be a fit for the
program if you meet certain eligibility requirements, including:
- Undergraduate students currently enrolled in a related field of
study
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational
skills.
- Ability to self-motivate and work productively without
supervision
- An interest in working in the Commercial Business Banking
