Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Client Advisor to develop
trusted relationships with Premium, Private, and Enterprise clients
in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard members through live, video-based sessions and build
long-term relationships
Educate clients on security practices and guide them through the
Casa experience
Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with internal
teams to enhance processes
Required Qualifications
4+ years of client-facing experience in financial services,
technology, or consulting
Deep knowledge of bitcoin technology and a passion for learning
about the space
Experience in a proactive client service environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Familiarity with Google Suite and CRM systems like Hubspot or
Salesforce
