Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service
Collections (Remote) position.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls to arrange debt repayment and record account
updates
Utilize HIPAA and TCPA guidelines during calls and manage patient
disputes
Make outbound calls as needed and perform other assigned
responsibilities
Required Qualifications
High school diploma
1 year of customer service experience in a related field
Associate's degree preferred
Two years of related experience preferred
