Job Description:
A company is looking for an Administrative Faculty member for
General Education.
Key Responsibilities
Provide oversight and supervision of adjunct faculty and ensure
quality of instruction
Analyze faculty and student metrics and contribute to student
retention and success
Assist in hiring, mentoring, and training faculty while resolving
student complaints
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree from a regionally accredited institution; Doctorate
required for graduate programs
Successful college/university teaching experience in an online
environment
Demonstrated academic leadership experience in a higher education
setting
Experience in curriculum development and assessment
Experience in supporting student success and knowledge of current
trends in the discipline
