They have grown from a small firm to a mid-size, industry leader in the healthcare and federal space over the course of the last 2-3 years. The RoleThe QA/QC Manager will be directly responsible for ensuring building codes and standards are adhered to on these projects. This role will report directly into the Program Manager. Additional responsibilities **

• Develop a Quality Control plan ahead of project groundbreaking and continue to adhere to plan throughout construction
• Communicating with the Superintendent daily on necessary changes to project, ** materials, scheduling, permits, local/state regulations, etc
• Schedule look aheads and analyzing potential future issues before they happen
• Speaking with the internal project management team to assess feasibility of changes
• Perform jobsite walkthroughs routinely while reviewing QC plan and previously recommended changes
• Travel is required for this role
  Requirements
  • At least 5 years of construction experience
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • USACE CQM-C certification preferred
  • Experience with healthcare or federal construction
  • Ability to travel
    Compensation/Benefits
    • Salary ***** $110,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
