Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketplace Operations Manager
responsible for overseeing the Marketplace Channel business and
ensuring a best-in-class client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership for Marketplace Enterprise Feed Managers by
monitoring KPIs and performance
Facilitate team meetings and one-on-one sessions to foster a
supportive team environment
Manage client relationships, handle escalations, and identify
growth opportunities in partnership with Sales teams
Required Qualifications
3 years of leadership experience managing technical teams
3 years of experience in eCommerce data feed management, preferably
with Marketplace platforms
3 years of client escalation management experience
3 years of technical experience in data feed management or SaaS
platforms
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or
Marketing preferred or equivalent work experience
