Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Manager - Claims and
Encounters.
Key Responsibilities
Provide team leadership, including performance reviews and budget
management
Monitor project work plans to ensure adherence to timelines,
resources, and budget guidelines
Create and maintain service level agreements for production systems
to meet IT standards and customer needs
Required Qualifications
High School diploma with 5-8 years of IT management experience or
equivalent
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-3 years of IT management
experience or equivalent
Experience in healthcare and claims management
Familiarity with HRP, Facets, Agile software development, PL/SQL,
and Java
