Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Manager - Retirement
(401k).
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for daily administration of retirement plans and
develop strong client relationships
Research issues and negotiate resolutions while coordinating with
management
Communicate client needs and develop action plans to enhance
service and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent
education/experience
Two years of customer relationship experience or experience in the
retirement or financial services industry
Ability to present, influence, and negotiate effectively
Proficiency using MS Office tools, including Excel
Ability to align with the company's Future Fit Culture values
