Job Description:
A company is looking for a Demand Planning & Purchasing Manager
to oversee forecasting and purchasing functions for optimal
inventory levels and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage demand forecasts based on sales data and market
trends
Develop and execute purchasing strategies to ensure timely
availability of materials
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor
vendor performance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in demand planning, purchasing, or supply
chain management
Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting and
inventory management
Proficiency in ERP systems and demand planning tools (e.g.,
NetSuite, SAP)
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a
related field
