Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Complex Auto Bodily
Injury.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and oversees a team handling commercial auto bodily injury
claims, ensuring quality and timely resolution
Assigns claims based on complexity and staff skill sets, managing
all aspects of claims processing
Conducts regular reviews and audits of claims, participates in
discussions on claims issues, and manages personnel
administration
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years of team leadership experience in liability
insurance claims
Minimum of five (5) years of bodily injury claims experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Valid claims adjuster's license in appropriate jurisdictions or
ability to obtain such
Thorough understanding of tort and contract laws, and principles of
liability insurance
