Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee
staffing operations and develop recruiting strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage staffing operations and develop recruiting strategies based
on business needs
Oversee applicant tracking system (ATS) and manage relationships
with third-party vendors
Ensure compliance with staffing policies and maintain positive
candidate experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or
equivalent experience
Minimum of 6 years of full lifecycle staffing or recruiting
experience
At least 3 years of staffing management or supervisory
experience
Preferred certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or
Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
Proficiency in HR concepts, staffing processes, and relevant
software applications
