Key Responsibilities
Create and publish social media and user community content aligned
with the marketing strategy
Build and nurture relationships with customers and industry
professionals
Conduct user research to enhance community strategy and respond to
customer feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of experience as a community/social media manager or
content manager, preferably in B2B
Experience creating static and video content for multiple
brands
Experience launching community initiatives and tracking relevant
community metrics
Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
