Position Overview: Tinalden Property Services is looking for a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson/Broker with commercial property management and leasing experience to oversee five office properties in Arizona-four in Phoenix and one in Tucson. This role offers an opportunity for growth, with the potential for a full-time to part-time transition within the first three months. The position offers a competitive salary plus commissions on leasing activities. Key Responsibilities: Property Management: Oversee the daily operations of five office buildings, including inspections, maintenance, tenant relations, and addressing building issues. Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, address concerns, manage emergencies, and schedule special projects. Leasing: Assist with leasing available office spaces, showing units to prospective tenants, negotiating lease terms, and completing necessary documentation. Maintenance Coordination: Oversee and coordinate all building maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Special Projects: Manage and oversee any special projects that arise for property improvements and tenant satisfaction. Flexible Schedule: The role is initially work-from-home, with required property visits. Office space will be provided if preferred. Requirements: Active Arizona Real Estate License (Salesperson or Broker). Experience in Commercial Property Management and leasing. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while managing properties in Phoenix and Tucson. Knowledge of building maintenance procedures and coordination. Available for emergency on-site visits and handling property issues as needed. Understanding of lease negotiations and tenant relations. Additional Information: Compensation: Competitive salary with commissions on leasing activities. Work Schedule: The position will be full-time initially and will transition to part-time after three months, once familiar with the properties.
