you! Woolpert is hiring a Program Director - Water Resources to
join our dynamic Infrastructure team. This position is responsible
for building and expanding Woolpert's water resources, stormwater,
and coastal engineering services while driving business
opportunities in groundwater, water supply, and water master
planning. Qualified candidates will have success in business
development and client relationship management.This fully remote
role is open to candidates located in the Western United
StatesResponsibilitiesAs a Program Director at Woolpert, you
will:

stormwater, and coastal engineering services while driving business
opportunities in groundwater, water supply, and water master
planning.
- Inspire Teams: Lead and mentor passionate professionals,

real-time flood predictions, adaptive wet weather controls, harmful
algal bloom forecasting, and more.

industry events, conferences, and client-centric engagements, while
developing visionary solutions tailored to client
needs.Qualifications
- A Passion for Excellence: A BA/BS in Civil, Biosystems, or
Environmental Engineering/Science and 10-12+ years of related
experience.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proven success in business development
and client relationship management, particularly with Southeast
local and state agencies.
- Innovative Leadership: A PE license (preferred), advanced
technical expertise, and a proactive approach to leveraging new
technologies.
- Collaborative Mindset: Experience building and leading
high-performing teams and driving consensus across
stakeholders.
- Results Orientation: Strong problem-solving skills, negotiation
expertise, and the ability to drive projects to exceed client
