departments.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and sort incoming emails, ensuring proper routing to
departments
Retrieve and update medical necessity responses in internal
systems
Collaborate with the medical review team to prioritize
time-sensitive cases
Required Qualifications
High School Education required
1+ years of administrative experience required
Knowledge of medical terminology
Experience in healthcare, claims, or insurance preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel
