Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor Customer Service to lead a
remote team of Insurance Professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide virtual leadership, coaching, and development for a team of
15-18 Insurance Professionals
Oversee daily operations, ensuring employees have necessary
training and resources
Develop and implement processes that align with company standards
and strategic objectives
Required Qualifications
2+ years of proven experience leading a team with measurable
results
Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with 3+ years of relevant
experience in a Contact Center
Ability to obtain Property and Casualty insurance licensing within
90 days of employment
Flexibility to work hours between Monday to Friday and rotational
weekends
Experience managing and completing multiple projects
independently
