Customer Service Representative - Ameriflow Water Systems
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for
providing exceptional customer service to clients of an Arizona,
employee-owned water and plumbing company. The successful candidate
will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving
complaints, and processing orders. The Customer Service
Representative will also be responsible for maintaining accurate
records of customer interactions and transactions, as well as
providing feedback to management regarding customer concerns and
trends.
Responsibilities:
* Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
* Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional
manner
* Process customer orders and payments
* Schedule installation and service appointments
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and
transactions
* Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and
trends
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer
satisfaction
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of water company operations and regulations is a
plus
* Job operates out of office in Mesa, Arizona. (no remote work
option available)
* Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8-5pm
