Provide strategic technical guidance and ensure alignment with

Mentor team members and participate in hiring senior engineers and

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing and developing technical leaders in
a high growth startup/scaleup environment
Substantial software engineering background with expertise in lean
product development
Demonstrated success scaling engineering organizations in
high-growth environments
Experience leading remote-first teams
