A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter
(Fixed-term).
Key Responsibilities
Develop collaborative relationships with hiring managers to
understand hiring goals
Source, screen, and close candidates for product management,
design, and engineering roles
Advocate for a positive candidate experience through timely
communication and feedback
Required Qualifications
Proven ability to recruit senior level candidates across
engineering, product, and design
Experience hiring for Product Management, Product Design, or Data
Science roles
Consultative style with communication and influence skills
Proven approach to sourcing and engaging a diverse pool of
candidates
Passionate about talent funnel metrics and tracking KPIs and
OKRs
