About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Accountability
Specialist to join the Risk Transformation and Governance team.
This role will support policy and regulatory requirement
implementation activities for Consumer, Small and Business Banking
(CSBB) lines of business.In this role, you will:Participate in
research, assessment, and documentation of matters relating to
business policy and regulatory adherence, risk mitigation, or
control efforts; identify patterns and trends and look for
opportunities for procedural or control improvements within area of
focusConduct assessments and analysis of basic business or
operational outcomes, systems of record, technical assignments,
documentation, procedures, or challenges that require research,
evaluation, and selection of alternatives; exercise independent
judgment to guide completion of medium risk deliverablesPresent
concise and well-articulated findings and recommendations,
including rationale, to facilitate resolution of identified
matters; exercise independent judgment while developing expertise
in the risk mitigation or control activities of the businessEngage
in additional research and studies to enhance regulatory
knowledgeCollaborate and consult with colleagues, internal
partners, and other business stakeholders to provide feedback,
credibly challenge issues, and calibrate, as needed, to ensure
alignment, consistency, and accuracy across groupsParticipate in
cross-organizational or internal operational initiatives and
improvement effortsRequired Qualifications:2+ years of risk
management, business controls, quality assurance, business
operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent
demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work
experience, training, military experience, educationDesired
Qualifications:Knowledge of Consumer, Small and Business Banking
lines of businessExperience collaborating with business and risk
partnersAbility to organize, execute, and manage multiple
priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentFinancial
services consulting experienceExcellent analytical and
problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and
strategicallyExperience with project managementExperience in change
management with a focus on policy and regulatory
implementationExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal

RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay
may vary depending on factors including but not limited to
achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range
listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to
