A company is looking for a Senior Policy/Plan Coordinator-Money
Out.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate processing of
transactions
Research and resolve transaction-related issues within the Payout
Services Team
Produce and review daily reconciliation reports and maintain
standard work procedures
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of customer service experience in the insurance
industry
In-depth knowledge of the financial industry or general business
practices
Task Manager & Omni experience required
High school diploma; BA degree preferred
