Job Description:
A company is looking for an OSS Solution Architect (Operations
Support System).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to document existing OSS architecture
and process flows for service order fulfillment
Create and maintain architecture blueprints across all OSS Order
Fulfillment areas
Identify process automation gaps and propose cost-justified
solutions
Required Qualifications
12+ years of progressive experience, with a minimum of 8+ years in
Telecom/Cable/Fiber
Expertise in OSS system architecture, designs, and
specifications
Deep knowledge of networks, devices, and telecom wireline services
modeling
Hands-on architecture design experience on COTS platforms (e.g.,
Oracle Client, ServiceNow)
Able to work in a multi-vendor environment
