Job Description:
A company is looking for a Docketing Specialist to support its
legal organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage patent and trademark docketing processes throughout their
lifecycle
Engage with internal and external professionals to ensure effective
patent/trademark filing and maintenance
Lead small projects and assist in coordinating resources for
complex patent/trademark activities
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of experience in
Patent and Trademark Docketing support
Proficient in Outlook, MS Office, and legal software or docketing
programs
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
General knowledge of US, EP, and PCT patent rules and trademark
practices
Experience with electronic research tools and patent prosecution
filing systems
