Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Specialist
responsible for creating and enhancing training programs for sales
teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and facilitate onboarding programs for new sales hires and
deliver ongoing training
Create innovative training materials and leverage instructional
design methodologies
Conduct coaching sessions and analyze performance metrics to
identify growth areas
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, sales, or a
related field preferred
2-3 years of experience in instructional design, sales enablement,
or revenue operations
Proficiency with instructional design tools and experience with CRM
and LMS platforms
Strong analytical skills to drive performance improvements
Sales experience or coaching sales teams preferred
