Job Description:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a
related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8
years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years
of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred. CLEARANCE
REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense SECRET security clearance is
preferred at time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a
SECRET clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of
hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government
security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for
access to classified information. Due to the nature of work
performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. ROLE
AND POSITION OBJECTIVES: As an I&T focused systems engineer for
the MUOS program, you'll be a member of a cross functional team
responsible for defining, developing and sustaining test and
integration plans and processes for a live communication system. We
provide warfighters with a familiar cellular phone-like service,
allowing forces on the ground to communicate directly with others
at higher levels of quality and much greater capacity than
available through the current system. We encourage you to apply if

of large scale voice and data communications system integration and
test Expertise in communication system end-to-end functional test
planning and execution Success working with multiple development
teams and, ideally, multiple government stakeholders Integration
and test experience with 3G/5G communication systems, or large
scale network management systems Satellite or cellular
communication ground system operations and integration knowledge
What sets you apart: Success in defining, and then leading the
execution of, system level integration and test/verification plans
Success in leading system engineering / I&T (SEIT) team members
in the system level test life cycle with strong proficiency in
handling requirements verification Experience with planning and
executing integration of system elements from multiple contractors
and/or government agencies Experience with recommending and
implementing improvements to test processes and environments
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, with emphasis on their
applicability to end-to-end system level integration, regression,
and verification Experience with the functionality present in
ground communication systems for cellular or satellite
communications Experience implementing and/or interpreting model
based systems engineering (MBSE) models to establish test plans
Creative thinker motivated to apply technical standards and new
methodologies to develop solutions Collaborative team player with
the ability to provide technical leadership and position others for
success Strong presentation and communications skills with
experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet

Options: This position must be fully on-site, or at least three
days on-site and two days working from home. While on-site, you
will be a part of the MUOS team located in Scottsdale, AZ LI-Hybrid
This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position
based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.).
Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the
position is filled. USD $135,774.80 - USD $150,625.20 /Yr. At
