Job Posting: Document Specialist - Mortgage
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay Range: $21/hour

Job Responsibilities:

Review and resolve issues on foreclosure documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Communicate clearly and professionally, handling both positive and challenging situations.
Edit and interpret written information effectively for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
Collaborate with the team, offering and accepting constructive feedback to achieve goals.
Follow company policies and procedures, completing tasks efficiently and on time.
Manage multiple priorities, maintaining accuracy and thoroughness under tight deadlines.
Adapt to changing environments, staying calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Ensure punctuality, consistent attendance, and coverage of responsibilities when needed.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Familiarity with mortgage documents, foreclosure processes, or computer systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Typing speed of 50+ words per minute.
Preferred: Experience in the mortgage industry, foreclosure, escrow, or related fields.
Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ
