Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Research & Resolution
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage claims operations involving customer contact, investigation,
and resolution of claims
Work with insurance companies, providers, members, and collection
services to resolve claims
Interpret area/department policies and complete assignments with
some independent discretion
Required Qualifications
1 or more years of call center or telephonic customer service
experience in the past 5 years
Ability to resolve issues independently with minimal
supervision
Strong technical skills with the ability to work across multiple
software systems
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
Capacity to maintain confidentiality while working remotely
