Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Revenue Excellence to design
and manage revenue enablement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue enablement strategy in
collaboration with the CRO and other leaders
Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs to
support sales growth
Optimize training content and manage enablement programs to ensure
alignment with revenue targets
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Excellence, or
related roles in high-growth B2B SaaS companies
Proven track record of designing effective enablement programs that
impact revenue performance
Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
Expertise with modern enablement technologies and CRM systems
Experience managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional
stakeholders
