Job Description:
A company is looking for an ATM Coordinator to manage ATM
operations and support functions remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the availability and functionality of assigned Branch
and Off-Site ATM machines
Dispatch technicians for troubleshooting and repairs of
out-of-order equipment
Administer a schedule for routine preventive maintenance and serve
as a point of contact for customers
Required Qualifications
Associates degree or equivalent experience required
Typically requires 3+ years of related experience or product
knowledge
Knowledge of ATM services and operational functions
No required certifications or licenses
Experience in customer service and leveraging technology
