Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specialist, Plan Implementation to
manage the implementation and conversion of retirement plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversees and manages the implementation/conversion of TPA and PPA
New Business/Conversion Plans
Coordinates the New Business/Conversion process with internal teams
and stakeholders for successful transitions
Acts as a subject matter resource and resolves complicated service
and sales issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, finance, or
related field, or equivalent work experience
FINRA SIE & Series 6 licensure required
3 to 5 years of experience in pension design, administration,
record keeping, or related financial services
Basic knowledge of retirement plan funding platforms and ERISA
fundamentals
Participation in professional development programs such as ASPPA,
CEBS, or NIPA is desirable
