Job Description:
A company is looking for an AP Vendor Coordinator to manage
vendor master data and support the Accounts Payable Department.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate vendor master data requests and ensure compliance with
policies
Validate and support the resolution of vendor master data
issues
Generate reports on vendor change activity and assist with annual
1099 reconciliation
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field
preferred
3 - 5 years of experience in accounts payable or vendor master
data
Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle,
Workday)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office
applications
Knowledge of tax regulations and SOX compliance is a plus
