Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Coordinator, Bilingual (Spanish)
to serve as a welcoming first point of contact for students and
families and guide them through their care journey.
Key Responsibilities
Educate students, families, and school staff on the company's
services
Manage scheduling for the care team, coordinating with clinicians,
students, and families
Gather feedback from students and families to improve services
Required Qualifications
Experience coordinating directly with kids and/or families
Fluency in Spanish is required
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a rapidly-growing
organization
Passion for helping historically underserved communities access
mental health services
Preferred experience working in a school setting or healthcare
industry
