Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Learning and
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Prioritize and assess training requests to align with
organizational goals
Design and develop tailored curriculums and training content for
the Purchase Experience team
Update and maintain the Underwriting manual for accuracy and
accessibility
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of insurance experience in Underwriting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Familiarity with Underwriting and New Business Operations tools and
processes
Experience with learning and development tools is a plus
