Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Data Architect to
join their Customer Success organization.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement data structures to capture client engagement
and usage patterns
Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and provide
actionable insights for client success teams
Monitor customer outcomes and utilization metrics to ensure maximum
value from the product
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in data architecture, data analytics, or a
related field
Experience working with healthcare data sets
Proven track record of translating data insights into actionable
strategies
Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or
Power BI
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data
pipeline management
