Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Escrow Officer to manage
closing transactions remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Determine closing requirements and review title evidence to address
curative needs
Prepare transaction documents and complete closing transactions by
coordinating with all parties
Review employee training and performance, providing guidance as
necessary
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience closing residential purchase transactions
in the relevant states
Deep knowledge of state-specific customs, expectations, processes,
and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client-based systems
Must meet state licensing requirements, if applicable
Leadership skills and ability to manage deadlines and timelines
