Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dealer Success Specialist to enhance
dealer relationships and ensure customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealership contacts
to understand their business goals
Serve as the primary contact for customer issues, diagnosing and
resolving concerns
Monitor dealer performance and provide training on the full suite
of products offered
Required Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Solid judgment and critical thinking skills for problem-solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for handling spreadsheets and
formulas
