Job Description:
A company is looking for an Endorsement Specialist to assist
candidates throughout the endorsement process.
Key Responsibilities
Review and process candidate endorsement applications and maintain
candidate records
Verify candidate experience through employment audits and
communicate with endorsers
Prepare reports and complete CPE audits to ensure compliance with
guidelines
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or GED required, with a minimum of three years
of customer service experience
Proficient in MS Office products and CRM/database applications
Ability to demonstrate and support core company values
Effective organizational skills and ability to multitask
Experience working independently and in a team environment
