Job Description:
A company is looking for a Research Operations Coordinator to
support the Customer & Market Insights team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Manage logistics for customer and market research, including
participant recruitment and scheduling
Support socialization of team insights and deliverables through
newsletters and internal communications
Coordinate with research vendors and maintain a repository of
research artifacts
Required Qualifications
Proficiency with Qualtrics and Google Sheets/Excel
Previous research and/or operations experience
Experience with user research tools such as User Interviews and
EnjoyHQ is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing
priorities
Strong organizational skills and reliability in project
management
