Our rapidly-expanding insurance agency is looking for a full-time life insurance agent to join our team! You'll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. Responsibilities:

--- Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping
--- Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies
--- Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims
--- Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies
--- Determine new customers' insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible
--- Educate Clients: Explain the benefits of life insurance, annuities, and estate planning, tailoring recommendations to meet individual financial goals and long-term needs.
--- Build and Manage Relationships: Develop and maintain a network of clients through prospecting, referrals, and community engagement to grow your book of business.
--- Design Customized Solutions: Create personalized financial strategies that integrate life insurance, annuity products, and estate planning to help clients protect and grow their wealth.
--- Meet Sales Goals: Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets in a commission-based environment with great earning potential.
--- Provide Exceptional Service: Ensure clients are satisfied with their solutions by providing ongoing support, conducting periodic reviews, and making adjustments as needed.
--- Stay Informed: Continuously learn about industry trends, product offerings, and estate planning techniques to remain a trusted advisor.
--- Navigate Licensing Requirements: Complete state-mandated licensing for life and health insurance and adhere to compliance regulations.

Qualifications:

--- Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus
--- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
--- Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus
--- Client service experience as a sales representative a plus
--- Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is a plus
