Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Accountant, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare monthly
journal entries and account reconciliations
Research and implement accounting guidance related to new
transactions and accounting pronouncements
Assist with annual, quarterly, or monthly closing procedures and
support internal and external audits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
Active CPA license; MBA or equivalent preferred
3-5 years of experience in public accounting or a public company in
an accounting/finance role
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC, and PCAOB guidance for publicly
traded companies
Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite or similar
software
