Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative -
Remote (Part Time).
Key Responsibilities
Research and resolve patient accounts through various applications
and communication with payors and patients
Document account activities and maintain productivity goals while
ensuring compliance with regulations
Assist with special projects and escalate payment delays to
management as necessary
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in
business administration or accounting preferred
1-4 years of medical claims and/or hospital collections
experience
Basic knowledge of Commercial, Managed Care, Medicare, and Medicaid
insurance
Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Minimum typing requirement of 45 wpm
