Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workday Learning Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer the learning management system (LMS),
ensuring high standards for content management
Oversee system improvements, configuration, and troubleshooting of
platform-related issues
Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with Global Learning &
Development priorities and manage cross-functional learning
projects
Required Qualifications
Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, information
systems, computer science, or a related field preferred
3+ years of experience administering Workday Learning, including
data migration and system implementation
Flexibility to work irregular hours to support global time
zones
Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and similar learning technologies
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders' expectations during
implementations
