Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renewals Associate to drive customer
retention and support the renewals process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Salesforce renewal pipeline, ensuring accurate customer
contract data and reporting
Coordinate renewal meetings and assist the Renewals Manager in the
evaluation process for optimal customer service
Achieve retention targets and identify upsell/cross-sell
opportunities during customer interactions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of account management and renewal experience
Experience in the SaaS industry; healthcare SaaS experience
preferred
Proficient in Salesforce preferred
Demonstrated client service focus and ability to build
relationships
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
