Job Description:
A company is looking for an Entry Level HCC Coder to join their
team.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately determine ICD-10 Codes for outpatient and inpatient
records for risk adjustment
Ensure all coding assignments are accurate according to coding
policies and documentation
Utilize knowledge of coding policies, procedures, and medical
terminology
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Coding Credential required (RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, CPC-H,
CPC-A, or other)
Able to hardwire into a modem
