Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Client Service
Executive.
Key Responsibilities
Enhances client relationships by utilizing product knowledge and
technical skills to support clients
Acts as a point of technical escalation and ensures client cases
are managed effectively
Collaborates with internal teams to resolve incidents and meets
client needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical
discipline
Experience with JavaScript, XML, and SQL is required
3+ years in a client-facing technical professional services
position
Experience in mentoring and onboarding new colleagues
Knowledge of service case management systems and best practices
